If you do not plan to register your pet, copies of the parents AKC Pedigrees can be provided.

Puppy received 1st immunizations and de-worming,
has been socialized, Vet Checked and well cared for. New owner agrees to complete
puppy vaccines per schedule recommend by Veterinarian. Buyer agrees to require a three week time lapse between Distemper/Parvo
vaccine and Rabies vaccine. Failure to observe
the vaccine separation nullifies the genetic warranty. New owner agrees to quarantine puppy from public exposure to other dogs
until after the second set of vaccines are completed with the understanding that the puppy is not yet fully protected from
exposure to harmful, or fatal disease. New owner agrees to crate train for safety
of the puppy and to provide proper food, shelter, socialization, grooming and exercise for puppy. This dog is NEVER to live in a cage and is not sold for breeding.
Breeder guarantees health from Distemper/Parvo within 72 hours from purchase date. Breeder is not responsible for communicable disease contracted after leaving the premises. Puppy has been found in good health and free from defects by Ridge Animal Hospital,
Middleport, NY.
This puppy comes with a one year Genetic Warranty for Life Threatening Congenital Conditions. If a life threatening, genetic condition is verified prior to one year of age by buyer’s
Vet and breeder’s Vet, the puppy is returned to breeder, a replacement the puppy of same sex and quality from the next
available litter will be provided. (Please see vaccination clause in previous paragraph) Breeder is not responsible for Veterinarian or any other expenses once puppy leaves the premises. If the puppy is being returned for any reason buyer is responsible for expenses and
travel plans. No additional medical conditions will be covered under this warranty.
Breeder retains right of first refusal. If at any time
buyer is unable to keep puppy/dog, breeder must be contacted and given the option to take ownership of the dog. Buyer agrees to notify breeder if at anytime during the life of the dog a genetic condition arises. This does not imply a further warranty. It is an agreement made to assist in healthy breeding practices
by following the health of the dogs.
Breeder does not guarantee size, physical appearance or behavior as dog matures. Variations are not in control of the breeder and are normal.
This contract is not valid until payment in full has been received and verified by breeder/breeders
Bank. No puppy will be transferred from breeder to buyer until full payment is
made.
